The I.G.T. CADUS red wine is produced only when the vintage is particularly favourable and the characteristics of the grapes allow to create a powerful, structured and extremely balanced wine.
A blend of Sangiovese 50%, Merlot 25% and Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, this wine is the result of a long maceration on the skins followed by an ageing of about 24 months in French oak barriques.
The finishing process is concluded by 6 months of bottle ageing that gives this wine power and elegance. This is a wine of great body and structure that matches well with stewed dishes, game and grilled meats.
